Came here for a comedy show. Staff were very attentive. Asked us if we wanted more wine multiple times which of course Is a yes! They offer wine flights here and I would highly recommend that. I found a few options I really enjoyed. The food was delicious. Had the lamb. Would recommend. Great atmosphere. Will add this to my list of go tos.

Really disappointed. We booked for Dec. 26th and got an email confirmation directly from them. They never called to let us know that they were closed that night. After emailing them, they promised to call me to make up for their error. No news from them since then. Not impressed.

One positive about this restaurant is that is has a cool vibe and nice decor. The upside stops there. After being seated and having time to review the menu, we gave our drink orders to our server. When she came back to take our orders for dinner, we were told that ordering pizza wasn't an option, as their pizza oven was currently broken. Why weren't we told this when we were seated? A significant percentage of the menu options are pizza! After revisiting the menu, we made our selections and placed our orders. After quite a wait we were served our wine flights. Our server apologized that the wine was not being served in wine glasses, since they had run out of them! Our wine flights were served on cardboard flight placements that did not correspond with the wine being served... so we had no idea which wines we were sampling. Then the real frustrations began. After being seated for about an hour and 15 minutes, we finally received one appetizer, with a promise that our food was being "worked on". About 15 minutes after that one of our cheese plates arrived. The whole time we barely saw our server and were not being reassured or apologized to, regarding the extreme wait time. Finally someone, who we believe was the Manager or the Owner came over to our table and gave a bunch of excuses as to why we were not receiving our food; no apology, no offer of compensation. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes with no confidence that we would be receiving our entrees anytime soon, we asked for our bills. Even that, didn't come to our table. We calculated the cost of what we had consumed, left cash on the table and left the restaurant frustrated and hungry, retreating to Pizza Pizza down the street! Will not return to this restaurant...a terrible experience.
The owner needs a lesson in customer service. If you have no working pizza oven and your menu is primarily pizza, tell your customers before they are seated. Also tell them if they should expect a significant delay because they only have one working oven and no staff. And most of all, don’t tell a table of guests that ‘I told you’ when clearly you didn’t. There were 8 of us, and we all remember. Our group waited nearly two hours for simple appetizers that never arrived. What we did get was hostility and excuses. Do better.

I have always been very impressed with the food and service, and love the wine flights. Though recently disappointed in the charcuterie tray, needs some TLC and can easily be elevated. Needs more meat, cheese and filling in the spaces with other items such pickled veg! Overall always a great experience.
