Ordered ahead and went to pick up and they had given my food to someone else. We were in a hurry and my husband had to wait another half hour for them to make the order. They didn’t give us a discount or anything. This location seems to be under new ownership and it’s banned for sure. Also my husbands car smells weird and spicy from transporting the food but we didn’t order anything spicy or that kind of flavour. Gross. Don’t order from there man
We often order wings up from the Waterloo location as it's our fav take out. Today on our way home from camping we decided to treat ourselves and ordered from the kitchener location. The portion size was half the amount we normally get, we PAID for sloppy wings and received far from sloppy.
Very disappointed and its worth the extra 10 minute drive to Waterloo instead.
It’s cold, it’s stale, and it was an hour and a half to get here! I’m livid!
