We ordered $80 worth of food. All the chicken was hard as a rock. Not sure if it was overcooked, or old. But couldn't even get a fork into it. Called the store. They didn't care. Staff could barely speak english. Will never order from here again. Terrible.

We have always loved wings up wings but I'm super dissapointed with their choice to rip people off. I ordered and paid 21$ for 1 lb of wings I opened the box and there were 7 wings . I decided to weigh them and they came out to be significantly under . so I called and explained and they told me no they weighed them and they were over a pound when they cooked them ,case closed. I said I took a photo of the weight they are way under. They proceeded to call me a lier . I have never been to a restaurant that sells a pound of wings or anything for that matter for a meal and then gives you much less claiming it was a pound at some point in the past !? Advertising a pound that is what the customer should be getting - what they paid for. At least be honest so customers know what they are getting 3/4 pound or 1/2 pound in this case. If anything with the breading it should weigh more than a pound. It worked out to be almost 3$ a wing. Wings up has really gone downhill in the last few years. it's really too bad but we won't be going back due to their lack of ethics and the principal of false advertising and terrible customer service.

First time at this place. Had to wait over 20 min for 1 Sandwich & fries, customer service was not welcoming, buns were pretty stale and the meat between the bun had no taste whatsoever. Only thing that was good was the fries and the place was clean. What I don't understand is that I was the only customer there and had to wait that long. Not worth it and never eating there again.

First time ordering from this location and I was very pleased. As good or better than any of the other locations I’ve tried. Wings were hot, fresh, a good size and very well sauced. Will definitely be ordering again

Every time we order here the portions get smaller and smaller. We just ordered a regular chicken bite meal and a medium bite meal. Both had the same amount of chicken when there’s a significant price difference in the meals. This is the last time ordering from this location

I ordered jalapeno poppers and chicken bites. Taste is mind bobling. Try it.

Order Califlower bites with Jamaican hot sauce, side of lemon pepper potato wedges and blue cheese. I enjoyed it. Online payment is broke, system says wrong zip code even if valid details are provided, had to pay onsite, so only 3 stars for service.
