Customer service is seriously lacking at this location. Called in my order and asked for mostly drums - the man who answered the phone said he couldn’t do that. I said it was an option on the website so why not? He said they only do that for online orders! What is the difference? He was very rude about it. They also don’t sell by weight although they say they do. We got 1 lb breaded and 1 lb unbreaded and each had 8 wings. It’s fine to do that but don’t lie and say you’re selling by weight if you are not - the breaded wings would weigh more and thus you’d expect a wing or two more in the unbreaded if they actually sold by weight.

Always a fan of Wings Up. I have ordered recently from the Highland location twice. The food itself was good, same as always. My issue is both times items were missing from the order. I did call them to discuss and the guy working did confirm the item was not added to the order but kept blaming it on the delivery driver?Anyway, not a huge deal but I do hope efforts can be made to ensure orders are complete for pickup and delivery.

Don’t order if you have kids or dogs they will not follow delivery instructions even if you tip really well. Food all tastes like dough very bizarre.

I ordered lunch and walked over on my break. The website and google said it opens at 11am. My order was confirmed for pickup at 11:15am. I got there and they were closed. Wasted my time and break. Very upset.

The staff are always friendly and polite. The food delivery is quick. It’s my go to place because the food is absolutely delicious in affordable price. The Mac and cheese is one of my favourite to order and the sauce is so yum.Vegetarian options: Mac and cheese, cauliflower and the spicy sauce are yummm ?

I just walked in here 5 minutes ago and the guy working straight up REFUSED to take my order. He walked out from the back, and told me he was too busy and won’t be taking any orders unless I already placed one. I had to ask him to repeat himself because I’ve never once been to any type of restaurant that has refused business. It’s 7 PM on a Thursday night. Not even a “the wait is a little longer than usual.” I was a somewhat regular customer and I will never go here again because of this experience. The portions and now the service (or lack thereof) have continued to get worse and worse.

I used to go to Wings up pretty much monthly. After going to this location over a year ago, I haven't been back. The price is really high and the amount of wings you get is so small. Such a shame. It also seems like the owner is encouraging their friends to give 5 star reviews.
