ordered through Uber eats. they gave me the complete wrong order and when I called the store the lady on the phone seemed annoyed and had an attitude with me and told me to call Uber because it's not their problem. won't be back.

I don't generally like to post reviews because I understand how difficult being a server can be, especially during covid. However, this was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in awhile! When seated I was told I was not allowed to order off the menu but instead I could only dine if I was ordering all you can eat which is a significant price difference ($36 vs under $15 for what I usually order). I do not have the appetite for all you can eat so for me personally it would have been a huge waste of money! They were extremely adamant that I could not order off the menu. I was forced to call the restaurant, while in the restaurant and order take out in order to be served anything other than all you can eat. So, I brought my "take out" back to my table so I could eat with the group I came with! In addition the servers and overall staff were very rude.. I am not saying that because of the previous scenario but judging them based on customer service and as servers as a whole they were extremely unprofessional. Many of the items my friends ordered did not come during the time we were there and the service was incredibly slow (40 min wait time for my friends first order). When we went to pay the employee was visibly annoyed. In terms of food, most of the sushi was okay. Definitely not top quality by any means and below average. Overall my experience at this restaurant was very poor. If you are looking for a restaurant with punctual and professional customer service this place is not for you.

I liked the Dessert and the food But I did not like that we had to wait so long The workers were nice, the building was very clean.

I have never been treated as poorly as I did Valentines day 2020. I came in with a small group. My brother and 2 kids. We're African, the only black people in the restaurant at the time. First, it took about 20 minutes for the server to acknowledge us. Then after the wait, she gave us disposable chop sticks, but everyone else (even groups that came in after us) had regular chop sticks. They have done this to us once before, but we brushed it off. So this time we asked for regular chop sticks, the server flat out said no. When we asked why, she rolled her eyes, walked away and got another male server. (We weren't even being rude or unreasonable) the second server came over and told us they didn't have any other chopsticks.. we pointed to the clean chopsticks on the table behind us, he said "no, those are for us". We walked out and left!

I thought this place was pretty good. The variety was great. And the affordability made the experience even more enjoyable. My friend and I made our respective selections and paid jus over $20. It was easy to order, simplified. Some places make it so complicated. I dont know if this is the right location as I'm not from KW. It was the Ye's Sushi that's downtown. The picture of it from the outside looks different than I recall. It's actually a little deceiving when you look at it from the outside. Inside it's so spacious and big. And it is inviting. I liked their sushi neon lights they have inside. Has the vibe from a diner or something. Its cool. I liked the food I got. My favourite was the sushi pizza. Sometimes places are a hit or miss. I'd go again, sure.
