I was here on the weekend with my little boy who has severe nuts and egg allergies. The way our order was handelled and we were asked all the questions. Order taker girl(big thanks to you) even went to the kitchen to confirm details and changed few things accordingly. We felt safe. Allergy family knows what it is meant to feel safe even at a food place. My boy was so happy. He has only been to handleful places to eat out. We will come back soon.
Very nice little restaurant inside the art gallery that offers brunch/lunch. We came on a Sunday which they don’t allow reservation for less than 6 people, we had enough people so we were able to make reservations. Also, the restaurant opens at 11am, they only sell pastries before 11.

The CABIN Café at the McMichael Art Gallery in Kleinburg is a bright, airy, and clean spot that offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Located within the gallery, it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal after exploring the exhibits. The café serves a variety of comfort foods and creative dishes, all of which are delicious. The Cabin Cheeseburger with crispy kettle chips is flavorful and satisfying, while the smoked trout toast is a personal favorite with its fresh and vibrant taste. The truffled grilled cheese is indulgent and paired beautifully with curried ketchup and pesto sauces. The avocado toast with a side of crisp salad is also highly enjoyable. On an earlier visit, the Tuna Nicoise Salad was light and refreshing, and the Chopped kale, cabbage, Beet Hummus salad was crisp and flavorful. The café also offers excellent espresso and cappuccino, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Despite its simple appearance, the food impresses with its quality, making it a great choice for gallery visitors or anyone nearby. The friendly staff and stunning views from the picture windows add to the overall charm. Many visitors find the café worth the wait for a table and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere.
