The Burg Village Pub

Lovely little place. Service was so friendly we just got a bunch of appetizers but sadly they were nothing special. Menu changes just fell short. But a great little place.

The best spot in Kleinburg - family owned, fun yet laid back atmosphere, excellent food - try the Klein burger or the seafood pasta, both great choices!

Food was very good, brucetta, chicken wrap are good, and the crispy chicken burger is amazing delicious.
But there is a problem with how fast they make the food can take over 30 min

Don’t order the nachos!

They are $20 and the dish ended up being plain, store-bought tortilla chips with two dips. I was told the toppings- chilli and cheese, were an additional $3. Mind you they are going through a menu change and waitresses were doing their best. I emailed the owner to complain the menu caused confusion and that the plate of chips were not worth the price. The owner was apologetic though unfortunately, lacked immediate action.

When billing came, the nachos showed up at $23. The waitress couldn’t correct the price through the payment system so, the owner allowed them to give us $3 from their tip jar. Very unprofessional, and this is not how to resolve this- as we are now paying tax and tip on top of the incorrect billing amount.

When ordering nachos be sure to get the additional chilli and cheese for best experience, otherwise better off going somewhere else. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

This one’s an easy one, been here a few times for lunch, it’s literally a short walk from my remax office. Came in today, had the village burger and some Parmesan truffle fries… it was great, and the people that work here are extremely pleasant. It’s great for holding a corporate outing or just to stop by for some food or drinks. It’s right in the middle of the main strip in Kleinburg. Has the small town vibe while attached to a big city like Vaughan. FYI, they do have a patio if you don’t want to sit inside.

This small and charming pub absolutely nailed it today.

Everything I was looking for in a meal.

I had the burger with their own lager on tap and it hit the spot in the best way.

If you're hungry and Thirsty do yourself a favour and hit this little gem.

The salads were moldy. Disgusting! Two of us ordered sandwiches with side salads and were able to just eat the sandwiches. One of us had a large salad with french fries. The salad was obviously inedible. We told the staff and they didn't replace it or even discount it from our bill. Unacceptable! This place should have a health inspection and be shut down. Staff was pleasant but clearly not trained and quite unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs - for your health!!

Decent enough pub food, but 2 stars overall for having to wait 30 mins after our meal for just a cup of hot water after mentioning it 3 times to two servers. The cup it came in also had lipstick stains—health and safety auditors, please check this!

Definitely put a damper on our Kleinburg Village visit.

My son ordered buffalo chicken wings and it was hot for him so they changed it to the plain one. Bruschetta was ok but the Greek salad was not original Greek salad
