I was at an event catered by the Angle Iron Kitchen and everything that was served was excellent! So when I drove through Lakefield today, I made sure to stop in for some more delicious food. I grabbed a pulled pork sandwich and it did not disappoint. The flavour of the meat and sauce was excellent. If you are passing through and need a quick bite, definitely pop in.

We had Angle Iron Cater a weekend Gathering (4 Adults & 4 Kids), for 2 lunches and 2 dinners (prepared food to re heat). Not only was it, clean easy and convenient, it was some of the best catered food we've had. and as a n added bonus, the Kids devoured it... on the Menu was:1. BBQ Chicken & Rib2. Lasagna3. Fried Chicken4. Pulled Pork & Mac & Cheese5. Sweet Corn Salsa6. Orzo Salad7. Chipotle Coleslaw8. Baked beans9. Greek Salad10. Purple Jesus (Onions)The value was outstanding. YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE. The steak sandwich is epic and the chicken tacos are the best I’ve ever had. Everything on the menu is outstanding. Skip the fast food chains and have a meal you won’t forget, just off Queen Street in the heart of Lakefield ?

I give this place a 10 out of 10 rating the customer service was amazing and so was the food today I ate the best steak sandwich I've ever had it was amazing and it's a local business and it serves locally bought products and I'm super picky on what I eat so I definitely suggest trying this place and supporting our local business

When I arrived there were 2 woman inside, and a boy and hist mother outside waiting. The sign on the door said “only one person or one couple inside at a time”, so I stood in the sun waiting. After about 15 minutes the boy and his mother gave up an left. I waited another 10 minutes and left as well. I know its a Covit 19 precaution, but seriously, there is room inside the restaurant to keep customers 6 feet apart for at least 3 or four customers. I need a knee replacement so standing was outside agony directly in the hot son. I have bought food here before and like it, but seriously why cant people order, move away from the counter and let the next person order and so on . At least tat way there is some hope of getting food that you want and if the orders are the same as other s then the speed of preparation might increase.
