“Today was the first time I have been in since Jeremy officially became owner and he did not disappoint. As always, the treats we purchased for my daughter's sweet 16 dinner, were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS 😋. The Dirty Shirley was fantastic and the customer service was the icing on today's visit. A smile and hello, having someone who takes pride in their products and describes them enthusiastically and then offers a good-bye and have a nice day, are not something I experience often these days ☺️”

“Great food, good atmosphere and amazing service. A lovely family run restaurant where every customer is treated like family. Our server Jake made it a great experience for our group, which consisted of 10 adults and 4 kids. Definitely a place to grab a few drinks and some grub with the family.”

“Ordered an 8 inch, 3 layered, red velvet, coconut cake for my birthday and they delivered flawlessly. Walking in, the place was very nice with a wonderful aroma in the air and very alluring sweets available for purchase that all looked incredible. They handed me my cake and were very kind, and when it was time to eat it, it was absolutely everything I wanted in every bite. I, and my family approve!!”

“I stopped by this Tim Hortons recently and had a pretty average experience. The coffee was fresh and tasted just how you’d expect, and my order was prepared fairly quickly, which I appreciated. The staff were polite, and helpful.”

“The Lakefield Subway is usually my first option for a to go lunch, during work. The sub masters behind the counter are always really kind and I’ve seen them take a lot from customers. I get the same sub every time and it’s always delicious. The cookies are soft and my favourite part of my meal, besides the friendly workers. Love this Subway.

Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is a good spot to take children. Lots of seating and I think they have booster seats (could be wrong, I’ll check next time I go). Lots of extra napkins available and the washroom is accommodating.”

“Not sure what all the negative reviews are for. Pizza and wings were very good, buddy behind the counter was friendly. And it was ready within 15-20 min. 5 stars.”

“Been going there for over 25 years and have yet to have one bad meal, or bad service. Some of the best food I have ever had. When I was out of the area in Toronto they were my gold standard of Chinese food, and I never found a restaurant that matched thier quality in Chinese food.”

“The staff are great. When we order and go through the drive thru they always give our dog a pup cone. She loves it and the staff loves it too. They feed her her cone and are so kind to our her. Great fun for the summer.”

“Poco Burro is absolutely my favourite burrito place in Peterborough! They have a good selection of fresh toppings and sauces, and I always love to chat when I come in for my work lunch breaks (almost every day lol). Along with all the classic protein options like carnitas, pollo asado, and barbacoa, they actually have a solid selection of vegetarion options that go beyond just bean and cheese or sauteed veggies. Though their bean and cheese burrito is nothing to be slept on. If you're looking for a solid, reliable staple burrito place, you've found it.”
