Strongly suggest checking to make sure they have made your meal correctly before leaving the parking lot. Their breakfast staff is amazing (shout out to Cindy, maxine and dana) but their night crew lacks attention to detail and seems to miss at least one thing everytime I go. Happy meal cheeseburger missing, second patty on a double blt missing several times, missing the bacon lettuce and tomato on a blt, paid for an upgraded poutine and got a regular poutine. Credit to them they always make it right next time I go in but for how often it happens they must be bleeding money at this point. If it wasn't so close to my house or we had another drive through in town (other than tims) I would take my business elsewhere

Ordered two Big Macs while waiting for the order the teenage employees on their break where talking loudly across the restaurant to the other employees behind the counter using a lot of profane language that could be heard in the gas station attached once I received the order i had to remind the employee about the drinks that came with it and then I opened the bag and was just filled with disappointment my expectations where already low for a McDonald’s in a gas station but by far one of the worst McDonald’s meals the one Big Mac was made with a regular bun and significantly smaller than the other and all the lettuce was drenched in sauce and fell right out the side of the burgers as soon as we went to grab them

ordered at 10:50 am, wasn’t told their grill was broken and could do no beef. waiter 12 mins before inquiring about my order, where i was told they would make it and forgot about it, after 20 mins since putting in my order im told they can’t do any sausage or beef. horrible communication between team members.

Our order was given to another and we where asked if it was ok to return to us Evan after the other person ha opened it and eaten some of our food!
The staff are great. When we order and go through the drive thru they always give our dog a pup cone. She loves it and the staff loves it too. They feed her her cone and are so kind to our her. Great fun for the summer.

Disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s location. The staff seemed disengaged, standing around while the dining area was dirty and garbage was left unattended. I was ignored at the counter for a while, and when my order was finally taken, it took far too long to be prepared. Definitely not the level of service or cleanliness you’d expect from a McDonald’s.

I live a block away from this location, and every few months I'll break down and try it again. Almost every time I regret it. I can leave the store, drive to Tim Horton's, order, and return with my Tim's order before they are even ready to TAKE my order here. Drive thru or inside restaraunt. I just tried again, nearly 10 mins for them to take 1 order in the dining room. I just left. I don't have 20 mins for you to serve the TWO people in line in front of me. Prices are absurd as well. One of the most expensive value menus of any fast food restaraunt. Also, can somebody turn off the alarm that is blaring behind the counter for what seems like every minute since the location opened? No one wants to sit and eat while listening to that. The only redeeming feature of this location is the staff are at least pleasant from my experience.
