Stopped for a burger, it was alright, nothing special. The one thing that bugged me was there was barely anyone there, but they were rushing me out. Why? It was around 2pm

Wonderful little restaurant, the food was one that give you the feeling of sitting at home at the family dinner table 😋 along with the atmosphere it was very homelike as it was a household at one time many years ago.

We've driven by this restaurant for years and finally decided to go in after a friend recommended it. We went in to pick up breakfast sandwiches to go. The ladies working were great. The lady at the cash was very accommodating and dressed my coffee perfectly to my liking :) The food was delicious and well made. Even the kids loved it. This will be our new spot to stop at on our way to the cottage!

We stopped here when traveling through the area and had a hearty breakfast and the best service! It is family run, very clean and just one of those friendly places you will want to return to again and again!

Been in Lakefield for like 6 years never came in because I usually don’t eat breakfast. Came in the other day with my dad and uncle.

Food was tasty and fresh. Big portions and filling.

First time eating here....
Easy access. Comfortable, clean diner. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Food was good, hot, and fresh. Good menu selections!
Coffee was also good and hot!
I'll definitely be going back with my wife for lunch!!

This place is definitely a hidden gem. We have been fishing in the area for a while and happy to try this place the first time due to the rain. Food is amazing and super good price. Big portion. My egg Benedict was perfectly made. The home style fries was crispy outside and moist inside. All the eggs were served as XL. Price is amazing. They were like $14. Service was above expectations and very homie. Will definitely come back.

Well tbh, since there’s not a lot of places to get a reasonable breakfast for reasonable pricing, this place will be seeing more of us… probably starting in a few hours tomorrow morning! Pancaked are
Fluffy and delicious! Certainly feels like an outdated tv show like corner gas but corner pancaked lol but it’s good, quick and wallet friendly!

I stopped here yesterday while out and about. I decided on the bacon breakfast. I asked for bacon well done ✅, eggs over easy ✅ home fries and coffee. I was satisfied with the meal. Service was quick and friendly. There's nothing fancy here just decent food, good service and reasonable prices. That's about all I ask for in a breakfast place. I'd stop by again if I happen to be in the area.
