Won’t be attending this location again they make you fight for every bit of extra vegetables. Ask for extra and you get a tiny sprinkle.

There was an elderly couple in front of me. The man asked the girl if he could use two coupons an dshe said yes so he ordered three subs. After the subs were made it looked like the manager came out and said oh no you can't use two coupons the man said the girl said we could. The employee lied and said she didn't say that. I clearly heard her agree. So thean said well then I'll take the two subs and was told no and was given one sub. The man said no I'll take the two for 17.99 and not the free one the manager said no take this and go. This poor senior couple were denied their food because of a lying employee. Great customer service. So sad that what was once a great company has decided. To treat the people who actually make them money like dirt. Will not go back

We went on 18 may at this subway and 2 indian guys working there, they do not have manner how to talk with a customer. I will give 0 Star to this staff.
Even i did not touch my subway when i noticed something missing is in my food, they said me you touched your food i could not make it right now, I wondering then i throw my subway in garbag in fromt of them.

I am not able to post without any star otherwise this subway do not deserve any single star.The staff is extremely disrespectful. They don’t know how to treat people and even they made my order wrong and when I asked them . They replied me you touched the food now it’s your fault. Garbage customer service. Owner should keep an eye on the staff.
Don't except subway coupons so why buy their product if they cannot even honor their own coupons? Price changes everytime i order a combo even tho I order the exact same thing everytime. I do not recommend this store.
The food is hit and miss for freshness. The men working their can be quite rude and impatient. And also they were overheard talking rude about Canadians in general. Theirs lots of better choices in the close vicinity.
I will never go here again the men in there are extremely rude. Everytime they are working I feel like I was being herrassed, and the they guys make terrible subs. They have no respect for the people of lakefield. If you are in this area and hungry I suggest you give the Greek restaurant across the street a call. They will have your order hot and ready in ten minutes, great quality. They have a hot oven that keeps your food warm the prices are similar too as subway is way over priced for what it is. I also would suggest Jack's, canoe and paddle, pizza hut, or even Tim Hortons. I'm sure all the other restaurants in lakefield are a better choice even McDonald's. I was out side one day too and I overheard them saying negative things about canadians.

Decent subway in comparison to other subways. Subway has just declined over the years. So I give it a 3.5 star review as per its “new standards” .It’s better than majority of subways I visit but that being said they put very little toppings on the subs especially if you use the app. Subway needs to stop franchising and take back monopoly and make things right again.

I am not someone who always puts in a review but I am really not happy with the service at the subway in Lakefield. The fillings have been reduced noticeably. As I was watching the person making the sandwich she had picked up one piece of meat too much, so she threw it back. However she missed the container and it hit the glass then fell on the edge. She looked to see if I saw her, and I did, it was ignored, so what would she do with that piece of meat. Hmm. For a six inch sub I got lettuce it barely covered the bottom, 2 slices of peppers, 2 small thin slices of tomato, three jalapeños and 2 slices of cheese. She asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no but she toasted it anyway. I had more bread than anything else. I was sceptical on a previous visit. As of today I will not return.

I have been coming here for a few years now off and on...usually its a good sub but a little costly to order regularly. With a coupon in hand recently this is what I found to be different from last visit 6 months ago:- less meat. Shrinkflation?-watery sauces. I'm a HUGE southwest fan. I noticed immediately it wasn't as flavourful, but when it spilled a bit out of the sandwich it was watery in appearance. I'm hoping this was just an error or a wet bottle from being washed and not a cost saving measure on the stores part.With another coupon I'll go back and gladly update and edit my review if I find it to be better.
