My Stepfather and I visited this wonderful restaurant for the first time. Leanne and her team ensure that you and your guests have an amazing experience. The restaurant was decorated in holiday garlands and twinkling lights which felt very cozy. The Loon is a 2025 participating restaurant for the United Way Ultimate Burger Challenge and we had the “Loonatic” burger to help support their fundraising initiative. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. Kassandra was our waitress and was very lovely.
I got to say hello to some friends that I haven’t seen in awhile and their food looked equally delicious!

Really unique and well prepared mocktails. I imagine they’d be great as cocktails too. We had some really nice crispy wings too. Just the way we like’em. Very friendly and efficient service, even in the off-season.

Cosy little spot, small menu, but the food was great. Fish and chips with a very nice home made tartar sauce. The coleslaw was way better than average, tangy and creamy

We came in and ordered their Loon burger and the special of the day a Ramen dish with pork belly. My husband enjoyed his burger and Caesar salad thoroughly. Great flavour and presentation. Unfortunately the ramen dish was less than I had anticipated. The broth was flavourless and tepid, the noodles few and overcooked, and there was more fat than belly. The one appetizing feature was the fresh shallots. There was no delicious aroma or heat to the soup. I’m sorry to say, For $28 this soup special should have wowed. That said the service was excellent, friendly, and attentive.
