Back country old school family diner! Real deal home cookin'.Lasagna soup was incredible! The hanger made burger patty is second to none in the county. Generous portions. Hand cut French fries were a marvelous surprise treat. The toasted western omelette sandwich was as perfect as they get.Having cooked for a living I still couldn't do better than the fare offered here. Everything was a delight.Service was great. Place was busy with the lunch crowd regulars and we still got excellent service. ?The antiques shop off the dining room is full of fill items. Made a couple small purchases.We'll be back for sure. ?Structure is not built for wheelchair accessibility but the coming from is spacious enough. Really loved the decor. Antique and vintage tables and chairs made it feel like visiting with friends rather than a restaurant. Restrooms clean and fresh.This one's a backroads gem ?Wheelchair accessibility: Sadly no. The structure was built at a time without with this in mind. Once inside the dining room a wheelchair could manage to navigate fairly well. The antique shop is not accessible at all. Stairs up to the entry and the door itself are not conducive to accessibility.

A menu which forced us to have coffee included in our selection toast was limited to white Texas toast not rye toast the potatoes were simply horrible and under cooked sausage was prepared split .this was a a culinarily disaster

Five starts is too little to give to a place that is beyond great. They open early, they have lots of parking space, they have tables to stay out and lots of space inside, totally Cousy, informative, service is superb, babies and children friendly, food is fresh and home made, the prices are better than other places or any fast food, attention is fast and with an smile to have you at all times. We should all help local businesses like this to stay with us as they are uniquely awesome and precious.

Food was nothing to write home about. Service was ok the place is dingy & dull. No debit machine cash only BUT they have an ATM so they can snag you for a couple more bucks when they're already overpriced. Probably will never go back.

Such a pleasant experience at this diner. Took Mum and Dad there for a long weekend breakfast.They even gave me Maple Walnut Ice cream with a candle when they found out it was my birthday! Top marks. Recommend the drive.

Extremely friendly service with great food. They were great with our toddler who loved exploring the antique shop and ended up with a toy combine. The coffee is good. Think of the hashbrowns as whatever else you want to call them "the risotto of potatoes"and appreciate them for what they are, which is delicious.Kid-friendliness: Like the most kid friendly ever
