It seems that she believes degrading and dehumanizing workers who perform a wide variety of tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment, and try their best to serve customers the best that they can, is somehow justified. Meanwhile I'm sure she (Randy) goes to a job where you move at a slow pace, probably chats it up with her co-workers, meandering around complaining about Tims workers, narcissistically waiting to be consoled for her bad experience. Then, with her "I'm better than you" attitude, browbeats the employees some more with her demeaning review comments. It's very sad that narcissists NEED and feed off of making others look small, as though it makes them look big. My message to Randy Guenette is that she needs to figure it out, try harder, and don't make excuses.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience at Dairy Freez in Essex, I feel morally obligated to inform the public that Avery may actually be the single greatest employee to ever exist in the history of customer service.
I went in with my girlfriend Rolyat-Tfiws expecting to casually grab a fresh fruit sundae. Simple. Innocent. Budget-friendly. But then Avery entered the scene like the patron saint of ice cream herself: radiant, charismatic, and operating at a level of salesmanship and hospitality that Fortune 500 companies should probably study for research purposes. Not only was she unbelievably kind and hilarious, but she somehow convinced me to upgrade and keep adding things until I had spent OVER $200… and here’s the insane part: I DON’T EVEN REGRET IT. Every suggestion she made felt spiritually correct. I would have trusted her with my bank account at that point. The fresh fruit sundae was phenomenal, but Avery made the experience legendary. The energy, the friendliness, the confidence, the absolute mastery of customer interaction, it was superb. Future generations deserve to know what elite customer service looked like. 10/10 experience. I cannot wait to go back.”

“We had an excellent experience at Brenko’s Pizza for our work Christmas party! They hosted a group of 25 of us in a private upstairs room, which was perfect for our celebration. The evening was made even better with a trivia night hosted by Jaiden from BRN Trivia, which Brenko’s helped arrange seamlessly—such a fun and memorable touch. A huge shoutout to Peyton, our host, who was incredibly attentive, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, which was appreciated by everyone. We would absolutely recommend Brenko’s Pizza for group events or parties and would happily return in the future. A fantastic night all around! 🎉🍕”

“Went to Ciao last night for a birthday/Valentines Day dinner. They had a set menu for the night. Every single thing we ate was beyond delicious!! The plates were so pretty to look at and even better to taste. So much love went into each plate! The Gorgonzola gnocchi melted in your mouth. The meat (on the short ribs) fell right off the bone…don’t even get me started on the cheesecake and chocolate creme brûlée!!! 😍 Mia, our server went above and made the night so much better. Definitely worth every penny!!”
