“I just conducted a conversation with an AI Chatbot about my difficultly in discovering the entrance into the restaurant. As I just explained, from the outside I've seen the front windows, the sign and the exit door from the 18 Wheeler Restaurant. And from inside the gasoline station, I know the locations of the washroom, the cash register and the back exit for the semi-trucks drivers.AI Chatbot just told me that as I enter into the gasoline station from the front, I must go beyond the coffee bar, around a corner and turn to the left in order to gain access for a door leading into the restaurant.I've got a plan the next time I have to leave Chatham for an appointment with my Doctor in Windsor. On my return trip home, I'll not only take advantage of the cheaper gasoline at the Esso pumps, but I'll finally enter the 18 Wheeler Restaurant.This whole idea is kind of exciting after all the reviews and photographs I've read and seen. Kind of like going for the first time into Indiana Jones' favorite tavern 'The Raven' featured in the 1981 Motion Picture... Raiders of the Lost Ark!”

“Went to a party of 30 people,each ordering from the menu,,all the order's came out very close to each other,so we all got to eat together,,the food was good,and hot,the staff was very pleasant and available as needed,,then to my surprise a bowling alley to boot,,what better way to spend an evening with family or friends food,drinks and bowling”

“I got a sub here yesterday, tasted amazing. The young lady that made it was very nice and polite. The one thing I gotta say though, subways prices are outrageous now. I got a chicken rancher sub (just the sub, no drink or chips) and it came to 16 dollars. I'm sorry but 16 dollars for one foot long sub is just plain wrong. Really makes me think about the old promo they had 5 dollar foot longs. Boy is that a thing of the past..”

“This is a Subway inside of a convenient store, so there is limited seating. The people were working and I think training, but they all did a good job. They were even thorough in the process to get gluten-free bread after they had served my husband and son. They did a great job.Vegetarian options: You are able to have salads and rice bowls.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and dairy-free options; their gluten-free bread is much better than it has been in the past.”

“Assorted subs were good as an assorted sub could ever be and bread seemed very fresh.Service was amazing!Didn't realize I had hole in my pocket so I was $5 short but they let it go until I could come back.When I went back to give the $5 owing I left $5 tip because appreciation and understanding.We were doing " here's the $5 and a $5 in thanks, no no that's okay, no really I appreciate your understanding, okay well at least grab couple pops", so Iwas forced ( not literally) to grab couple pops.”

“The experience is what you would expect from a well run Tim Hortons which is always an initial concern for me when visiting fast food chains in smaller towns. My only concern is their parking lot which usually isn't a problem unless they are busy.”

“McDonald's in Tilbury is a relatively new location. I expect owners and staff are in the middle of a learning curve. I expect things will only get better in the future. They just reintroduced their McRib sandwich. It was a pleasant reminder of days past. You might want to check it out yourself. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good location and I'm sure it will do well. If you live in the area I recommend you help support them by checking it out yourself.”

“This review is strictly for the really young man that was working on Nov. 6th @ 2:55 pm. It was really busy and he was working really hard and getting the orders out very quickly and told every customer to enjoy their meal. One customer even got a little frustrated because it was busy but he handled it very well. I want to make sure this young man’s hard work and great attitude does not go unnoticed. I also would like to say that the older lady that was working the counter was very kind as well and the man in the back seemed to be working hard as well. It was awesome to be able to order a milkshake and the machine be working.”

“Bonnie has been doing great job in customer service as well as doing her job. She makes sure drink is stirred well and always has a smile. She deserves a higher position. Tim usually has long wait time about 15-20 min.They also turn off mobile order which really sucks as mobile order saves a lot of time for truck drivers.Hopefully reviews are read regularly by the management so they can work on their mobile order service and also try to decrease walkin order wait times.”

“Tonight we had Rose’s cater our work Christmas party. We had a traditional Turkey diner. The food was amazing. The Turkey was perfect, all the sides were delicious! Everyone was raving about our meal. A huge thank you to holly & the roses staff for a fabulous meal.”

My wife loved the Panzerotti and my brother in loved his liver and pinions. He said it’s hard to find places anymore that serve his favorites. Central Tavern never disappoints. We will be back.”
