I have been here about a dozen times over the last 8 years. I am by no means a regular customer and my experiences may not be the normal experience. The last time I was there, there was only one employee in the whole building. She was professional and working really hard to take orders while making them as well, but customers were getting impatient because it's not a one person job. Keri and her team are doing a fantastic job improving the turnaround time from time to order to enjoying the Colnel’s 12 herbs and spices, thank goodness the other crew have decided they were not the right group. If only corporate would invest in Tilbury with a new format store KFC drive thru with anTaco Bell
