I don’t understand why you almost only ever have 1 employee working at the busiest times on the day. It’s 11, lunch time and you have a single employee, whom is usually very new making all of the sandwiches.
Like of at least 6-7 people with 1 single employee. Embarrassing. Tryna cut costs and get rich much.
Remember the days when you were greeted with a smile… asked hello how can I help you ? Yeah not at this location. Fresh cookies? Never hard as a rock . Then ask you for a tip? Yeah here’s a tip when a customer comes in smile and greet me . Act like you appreciate my business. That’s the last dollar I’m ever spending at that place.

After not being able to select blt on the app I asked for bacon in the ingredients section to be added for an additional 3 bucks to the already 10$ sandwich.. after receiving my sub I went to eat what was supposed to be a now “blt”, after starting to eat I realize I was eating a lettuce sandwich at this point and wondered why that’s all I could taste. So I open it up and see there a single piece of bacon on 2 different subs I’ve done this with so like anybody else I called. They gave a hard time saying they added as much as “extra” and were telling us to bring in the sandwich’s so we did. She then proceeded to give a massive amount of attitude saying “there done” and throwing the subs on the counter and walking away with a snarky attitude. We receive the sandwich’s and now we’ve got 3 pieces on each sub which don’t get me wrong, was more than the first time but remind me why I pay 1$ for each slice of bacon they put extra and how much do I have to spend to get a so called “normal” amount on a sandwich. All that aside, could have done with out the snarky attitude like I’m in the wrong.

New store food fresh staff is very nice.
Not sure how the food ordering app gave such a good rating to this store. They wrapped the sandwhich in a white paper inaide the subway paper which was stuck onto the bread ? and I had to scrape off portion of the bread just to be able to eat the rest of it . They also forgot to put in a dressing I had specifically requested and not to mention the bread tasted bitter / not fresh . Will never reorder from here .

Ordered 2 subs via the app for pick-up and when I got home, they of course had about half the amount of meat that is typically given. The bread was stale at the ends as well. The staff at this location sure know how to cheap out when one is not there in person ordering. This strategy is obviously something that was communicated to the staff by the owner; The staff has nothing to gain by not making the subs according to subway standards.

worst staff i have ever seen in my life. The man working inside was in his 50s. He was so rude. he didnt knew how to talk to a customer and was acting like he is giving subway for free. Either he should leave the store and start doing some other job or he should slap his face 10 times every morning in front of mirror.

Worst experience ever. We orderedonline, we asked to grill the sandwich they were all over us that they can't grill and if we want we can go somewhere else. Very rude staff. They should learn customer service or please shut down this store.

1. They were late to open the shop based on the time provided.2. Did not have the courtesy to let me have a seat and allow me to wait inside, I had to ask and request to let they allow for that.3. Ordered rice wrap, the sandwich maker didn't really know how to make it...when I suggested to make it the way it should be, was given an attitude treatment.4. Started asking questions like why are you here, what are you doing, where are you from etc...5. Such a cheap, unprofessional behavior could never be accepted.

I called ahead of time for a pickup once I arrived at the store they ask me what I want ,my order wasn't ready for a pickup that turned me off anyway my order was slapy , cheap made I have to ask them to add some more onions definitely wouldn't go thete ever again or oder food..service

Terrible experience...ordered a chicken ranch footlong sub and it barely had any chicken or sauce on it so it was so dry that it was inedible..when I drove out of my way back to store with sub to complain the girl barely spoke english and refused to make me another one because the manager was not in...I just wanted them to replace sub not a refund....terrible service and I will never eat there again

I ordered footlong and asked for more sauce in it. I didn’t teste sauce at all.. it was very less amount of sauce only. Then I called for complaint about at and she didn’t talk to me properly and cut call.
