“oh you know I called them up on short notice and ask them if they can host a 45 Mustangs for a cruise that we had planned and not only did they perform they totally outdid themselves!!!! I recommend going there for lunch or for dinner if you are in the area it is a beautiful drive and a beautiful beach So lots to do!!!”

“We don’t normally stick around for dinner in Grand Bend, but after a fun day at the beach, we were hungry and came here for dinner. So glad we did! Friends had eaten at Best Friend Pizza earlier, and eagerly shared what they’d ordered, so we did the same. The standout item was the Rockaway pizza. Thin crust, good amount of toppings & cheese, and a great flavour to their red sauce. We also had the chicken carbonara penne, which had a great ratio of pasta to chicken & bacon to sauce. It was even better reheated in the air fryer the next day! By that time, the pasta and flavours have had a chance to meld and soak into the pasta. So yummy. The Parmesan fries were skin-on, appeared to be freshly cut, and fried to a perfect burnished gold, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We only ordered one serving, and were reaching over each other to get “just one more”.

It’s a place where you walk in and seat yourself for the outdoor patio. The one minor hiccup was that all vacant tables were still soiled by previous diners when we arrived, so we sat and waited for a bit before someone came by to clean the table. Once past that little hurdle, the rest of dinner was good.

Our server was great. She was friendly yet efficient, and had great timing. Drinks, food and even our bill appeared at the right times, with check-ins well spaced. We had a couple more people join us after we’d already ordered, and their food came out just a blip of time after ours did.

It was a weeknight eve, after the dinner rush, so the vibe was pretty chill.

“Had lunch today. I have to say the sushi was incredible. We had the dumplings and vegetable Tempura as an appetizer. Dumplings were ethically delicious. Tempura was made to perfection. They even had tempura asparagus.
The specialty rolls we had were the Big Dill, Dynamite, One Love with spicy mayo instead of the curry, and Mount Fuji. Presentation was beautiful and taste was outstanding. Each roll was different, and super flavourful.
Sarah, our server was very attentive and friendly. Her menu suggestions were top-notch.
Well, worth the money spent. And the drinks were delicious lol. We each had two.
We’ll definitely return. Also very happy that they’re open round since we are locals.

“🥰We had fresh perch one night; came back the next night for the pickerel. Both were yummy. Even the fish and chips, because of scant breading made the grade. Excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.”

“My husband and I go to King's 21 all the time and they make best Chinese food. We've had in a while if not ever. The food has fantastic flavour, great variety, and is always hot! The staff of King's 21 are extremely friendly and provide the best customer service.”

“Just stopped in at Poppa Jim’s after many recommendations from friends about how great the food is… And I will say, they were not wrong ! Ordered a pizza 🍕 while out road tripping and was absolutely floored at the quality of the food and how great the service was. I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in my time and it’s been a very long time since I got a pizza that took me back to when pizza was always amazing and I sure found what I was looking for at Poppa Jim’s 😊 It’s hard to find that quality much anymore anywhere but they got it !!! Get down there and give them a try..I highly recommend Poppa Jim’s and I will def be back 👍 Thanks for the great service and amazing food !!!! 🍕🍕🍕🍕 **UPDATE** Poppa Jim’s knocked it out of the park again tonight !!!! “Went to get a honeycomb with my family. Sister got an m&m honeycomb (swapped out white choc for milk choc), and I got a vanilla strawberry (swapped out strawberry sauce for caramel sauce). It’s SO good. Honeycomb is more of a pancake/soft texture rather than a crispy waffle like we were expecting but it was very buttery which made up for it. Highly recommend, and the woman working there was very kind. Their hours depends on how busy they are for the day and mostly open on the weekend during off-season but will be open more daily starting June/July.”

“Went here for our 9 month anniversary and had garlic bread and pizza. Both had a very generous amount of cheese ,something a lot of places skimp on. The pizzas are HUGE-we had a large half and half and will be able to enjoy it again later on. Fair pricing as well. Definitely be returning again . We have been here twice now and they have not disappointed.also just heard another customer rave about his meal -and they had something completely different.”

“If you want the best poutine in the strip. This is the spot to go! They were not lying about the FRESHCUT FRIES! Just a heads up. The cheese curds are extra! The shredded cheese are apart of the poutine. My Regular Poutine is $8.99 which is pretty steep, but it is the standard for all poutines in that area. But I highly recommend!!”

“Great value!! The man working (I'm assuming the owner) was very polite and patient as we looked around the shop and grounds. I had made a mistake with the ice cream hours and he was very accommodating. Prices are super fair and everything you need is here! The mini golf looked very fun and nicely decorated for fall (only $5). I will for sure visit next year.”
