We frequent IBC quite regularily and have always had a great lunch/dinner. The atmosphere is great but sometimes you'll need an extra dose of patience while waiting for your food. It must be so difficult trying to serve everybody at break-neck speed when your short on staff. We love the location and the atmosphere so much that we take it all in stride. IBC is an ipperwash GEM ! I’ve been there numerous times and have never had anything there that was less than excellent! I love the atmosphere, the food is delicious and plentiful and every server we have ever had has been wonderful.It has become my husband and i’s favourite place to go on date nights and to have our anniversary dinners !I highly recommend the wonton nachos , the tacos and the chowder as some of my favourites!If I could give IBC higher than a 5 star rating...read full review
IBC is an amazing restaurant on the shores of Lake Huron. Excellent beers on tap and the menu is top notch. Love the mussels. All they and top notch customer care will make the IBC your new favourite.
