We frequent IBC quite regularily and have always had a great lunch/dinner. The atmosphere is great but sometimes you'll need an extra dose of patience while waiting for your food. It must be so difficult trying to serve everybody at break-neck speed when your short on staff. We love the location and the atmosphere so much that we take it all in stride. When we stop and reflect on the horrific joint that used to there before the IBC, we are so, so thankful for the wonderful experience eveytime we go there.Keep up the great work everybody!Parking: Sometimes the main parking lot in front of the building is full but there is also parking areas for the beach that work as well.
IBC is an ipperwash GEM ! I’ve been there numerous times and have never had anything there that was less than excellent! I love the atmosphere, the food is delicious and plentiful and every server we have ever had has been wonderful.It has become my husband and i’s favourite place to go on date nights and to have our anniversary dinners !I highly recommend the wonton nachos , the tacos and the chowder as some of my favourites!If I could give IBC higher than a 5 star rating I would !
IBC is an amazing restaurant on the shores of Lake Huron. Excellent beers on tap and the menu is top notch. Love the mussels. All they and top notch customer care will make the IBC your new favourite.

End of August was our first time there and it was such a wonderful experience! A highlight of the summer actually! We enjoyed our good size dinner of salmon, mashed potatoes w veg and sausage w fries while watching the boats being slowly driven by, pulled by red tractors with happy sun kissed people atop them. Our waitress was perfect and Jim the owner, very kind, generous and hard working.After dinner, a Beatles cover band rocked the house for two AMAZING sets. I had a fabulous time dancing barefoot on the grass and singing along with people of all ages and met such fun and friendly people. I understand that there’s live music throughout the summer - it was magical!Parking: Parking is free and ample and Jim was very generous with us and we are very grateful :)

The wife and I went for a Friday night dinner. I had the chicken Ceasars wrap with fries. This was a very good choice. My wife had the fish tacos. She liked them, very much. We both had desserts, which was the carrot cheese cake with caramel drizzle. I had the key lime. Both were excellent. The carrot cheese cake was rich and very filling. Wish I had take pix of these. Shame on me. Our server, Serena Lynn, was amazing. Very professional, friendly, personable. She paid attention to our needs during our meal. Thank you again Serena Lynn. The cost of the meals, we found to be reasonable. We will be back to the Ipperwash Beach Club. ⛱️
Beach was packed, and we decided to have lunch. This is pretty popular great spot. Close to beach.Good service food is good!Had the crab cakes (you get 3 and they are good size and real crab) coleslaw hubby had the turkey club ... it was a good size and real turkey not cold cold cut. Cold Corona on the patio on a hot day! Can't beat that!!

I am writing from a different perspective. The staff is hard-working, does their best, and supports each other, but the terrible owners/managers, Jim and Grace, are abusive people to work for. Neither of my children received any type of work break at any time while working at IBC, even during a 12-hour shift. This is illegal!!! There is currently a workplace harassment survey being conducted by the labour board, and I sincerely hope this helps those who continue to work there. I wish my children had access to this survey so the harassment charges had more people to corroborate the current allegations. I was tired and frustrated hearing about all the harassment being experienced by my two children who served there, so we decided it was time for them to quit. No amount of money is worth this treatment. Both of them were underappreciated and have many examples of poor treatment and harassment by Jim and Grace, which will be dealt with very seriously.

Great option for dinner in the city. Highly recommend the salmon and the lava cake for dessert. The service was also great. Rilee was above and beyond to attend our requests in a windy evening. Will come back for sure!
