Armando's Pizza - Leamington

My last experiences with armandos leamington have been horrendous.

1. Was told 45 minutes for delivery, waited 2 hours, called to ask for an update and got a snippy response
2. Told an hour for delivery, yet again over 2 hours, called for an update again snd yet again got another snippy response
3. Places an order for pickup, was told to be there in 30 minutes, i showed up and then pizza wasnt even made yet, had to wait another 30 minutes in the store for the pizza.
4. Ordered a large pizza, got a medium pizza, paid 67$ + 5$ tip, called to let them know, no apology or offer of remediation, just 4$ off my next order.

I dont know what happened in the last year with armandos leamington, but the customer service and care for their product has just tanked. I think ive been fooled to many times to ever go back.

they constistanly take too long when making food and they have small egos and can't take any criticism. i would not recommend ordering from these people. more often then not regardless of the fact i preorder to pick up when I show up i have to wait 10-20 minutes. They were rude when all i did was
bring up the fact they take so long completely unprofessional conduct

Don't bother messing with other spots in town. These guys know how to make a pie. Treat yourself to Windsor style or Detroit. Either way you can't go wrong. If your close and need a snack, their slices are a great go to. Tell them Al sent you. You won't regret it.

We were staying here on vacation and was recommended by the hotel staff, wasnt disappointed. Excellent pizza, great crust and toppings for the price. Would definitely recommend.

We love Armando's Leamington when it’s done right but customer service is just awful. Pick up orders are never complete and never on time. Salad is missing, and or side bread is missing or toppings are missing. Husband waited over 30 extra minutes beyond the pick up time we were told on phone tonight. No apologies and it was not even busy. It’s ridiculous such an easy fix! Do better!

This is by far the best pizza place I’ve ever been too. Not only is the owner cool as hell but the workers are absolute chillers and know they’re way around a pie. Absolutely adore this place

We stopped in after seeing a flyer at the best western, the pizza did not disappoint! Even our super picky kids loved it!

Armando’s has been catering for us this whole week and the food has been fantastic. Pizza, chicken wraps, pasta, ribs, you name it, you’ll love it!

If you have a chance, treat yourself. You won’t regret it.
