“My family ordered from Swiss Chalet at 8:57pm. We had a poor experience with door dash and received the wrong order over an hour later. We called Harvey’s as Swiss chalet had closed already (Swiss closes at 10 and Harvey’s at 10:30) and spoke to Trisha. She worked with us and was able to make our very frustrating night a positive experience. She waited after close for the door dasher to return and she made our food and made sure we got it. She even called to let us know the dasher was on the way back, by this time it was 11:30pm. She did everything she could to make it right even though it was not her mistake. Thank you so much Trisha !!“
