cold food poor service not sure what is even happening to Joey's from a valued customer.

After waiting 15 -20 minutes to be seated and an additional 20 minutes waiting at a table, the waitress didn’t even acknowledge us. Realizing this waitress had *8 tables of couples* to take orders from **before us**, we left for another restaurant. This waitress made 15-16 trips to a small group at the back of the restaurant and totally ignored the *8 tables of couples* waiting to place orders.
