Been to a few Mexican restaurants in town and all over the gta and Sonia’s by far is the best tasting. We shared the Molcajete which came with rice and tortillas. It was seasoned well and there was so much we had to take some home. The owner Sonia is such a sweetheart. Will be back to try other dishes.
Had the three Gorditas, each filled with a different meat. All were delicious! Was very satisfied with the portions. This might be my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Leamington. Will definitely be back to try more from their menu. FYI, it's small, and they don't serve liquor. Service was great, though. The chef/owner even came out to make sure everything was good.

Had the empenadas for lunch and a milk and cinnamon drink. Food came out hot and very tasty. 2 sauces available at the table. Green sauce which was an avocado sauce. Very tasty and nice spice. Also a red chili sauce which was definitely more spicy but better flavor. I'd recommend this place. Only down side is it is small with minimal seating. I've seen this place very busy with locals. Go where the locals eat is always a good idea. Will visit again.
