The Corned Beef Brisket was fabulous. I have also had the Alaskan Halibut and the Smoked Back Ribs. This Chef knows what he is doing. Large portions and excellent presentation of the meal.
Sadly my photos didn't upload. Let's start with the good stuff...The dessert was amazing! Restaurant level for taste and presentation. The fish portion (halibut) was smaller than expected but very flavourful. The poutine was disappointing. I was expecting fresh cut potatoes, but these fries looked and tasted like frozen bagged fries and the curds were tasty but not plentiful. The gravy however was tasty and plentiful. If I could give Marc more stars I would! By far the best food available in Innisfil! You can not beat the quality of his food and the prices are great. Make sure to keep an eye out for his specials on Facebook or Instagram, it's a great opportunity to eat something off menu that's phenomenal (especially if it includes his mac and cheese).
