First time at this eatery but definitely not the last! I drive by this little place everyday to go to work and have been meaning to check it out. Small independently run place with a homey feel. The food was so good. I ordered the Eggs Benny and it was spectacular! Eggs were cooked perfectly, sauce was creamy and the ham was real ham that was thinly sliced. I eat a lot of eggs Benny as it is my favorite breakfast dish, and this was by far my favorite. I practically licked my plate....

A locally famous place to go for breakfast or lunch, most locals still call it Butterballs. Despite the construction they are still going strong, providing the same friendly service and good value breakfast they always have, with plenty of freshly made coffee!
Breakfast at Butterballs/Boo's is a staple of any weekend visit to Jordan.
