It's a really good shawarma place with many unique sauces, and their beef shawarma is a 10/10, highly recommended. The owner is very friendly and overall I had a great experience. Stopped in to try as I am always looking for the best chicken Shawarma in Niagara. After many years of my favorite spot in st.catharines being unbeaten, having tried seriously everywhere, Yalla has taken 1st place. The seasoning was a superb blend of distinct classic 7+ spice shawarma balanced well with a subtle light fresh lemon flavour, not overly pronounced, but just enough to give it a pop. Fresh veg and the offerings of inhouse salad options take this little shop to a 5/5. Yalla 1st place shawarma in Niagara. Gold Winner 2024.

ordered falafel and a poutine for myself, my husband had the chicken snack box. the falafel was absolutely delicious! my husband loved his as well, it’s a lot of food for what you pay. friendly customer service, they will wait until you arrive to ensure your order is fresh.
FYI if you’re vegetarian or cannot digest red meat like me, the poutine is made with beef gravy. i forgot to ask before i ate it. it was delicious though, so definitely get one and enjoy if you can!

We landed on the chicken shawarma dinner (sweet sauce is divine) and the Donair (garlic sauce is a game changer). Unfortunately, everything was so delicious that we didn't stop to take photos. They make their sauces in house, which the owner graciously allowed us to sample - they were all amazing! If you're looking for authentic Middle Eastern food, this place has it all!

What a hidden gem this place is. Food is amazing,very reasonably priced,good portion. Above all was the service and hospitality great people. Garry is an amazing person, he made us try all his sauces which were all very delicious. Will definitely be going back again when im in the area.
