If you want to go somewhere for a proper sub with a great selection of meat and cheese or a sandwich made with care, this place is where you need to go. The staff is always friendly and takes time to know their customers. They have wonderful goodies from Germany, Turkey, and more. I wish they were open on Monday but I understand, everyone needs a break! This place is a little slice of home. My nana when she was still with us, rest her soul, would always want their potato bread...
They have a great selection of cheeses to choose from. They have cheese both from within Canada and abroad.The staff is always polite and ready to offer a suggestion for cheeses to pair with your meal.They also have a selection of meats such as salami, roast beef, liverswurst, and csabai.In addition to meat, they also have other European food such as soups, sweets and sandwiches.If you want a taste of Europe, I definitely recommend checking Euro Delight out.
I took Mammacita here for lunch a week or so ago. What a treat. This is a gem and off the beaten track. Well worth a look. We had Montreal smoked meat, a corned beef, and I had a ham and cheese - all of it was really good, each one was customized to our specific likes (they were so great - asked all sorts of questions like - what sort of mustard - what sort of pickle)...impressive and appreciated.
