Tim Hortons offers absolutely delicious food with good service and smiles. Despite being understaffed during busy hours, they manage to keep up. Some customers can be difficult, but the staff handles it well. The Iced Capps are a highlight, although long lineups can lead to customers leaving. More staff are needed during peak times.
