When you ask for double meat and cheese and receive the same amount of meat you would have if you didn't order it and still paid for it ? pathetic ! Mr. Sub Lindsay location has gone down hill very badly and it's employees don't care. It's very sad I used to love going there ... Now I guess I'll settle for subway.

It’s unfortunate when you’re half way through your 12” sub and start to see what looks to be some sort of mold through out the bread… called the store to see if they could take my information to come back in and get another sub another time and gentleman on the phone simply says “I can not help you”

Good subs for a quick meal, atmosphere a bit dated and a cold feeling. Been there when one young lady sits in the back texting on her phone when the lady up front runs her butt off. Father needs to give her a lesson in customer service and team work.

Been here twice now probably won't be back. The subs each time were fine but my god they are on slow time at this location. Slowest sub place I have been to.

I just ordered four subs for my family. The one lady who was a trainee may not have been getting everything properly, but she was definitely taking the time being patient and having a positive attitude she was trying to make the subs. Perfect which I definitely appreciate although not fast she was trying to get the job done right Unfortunately who I would assume was her manager was actually down, talking her in front of me a customer and was shaking her head at different things that the lady was doing I had mentioned that’s OK. We all have to learn and you have to do it well before we can get fast And the lady went on to say “that this trainee had already been working a month and still doesn’t know how much meat to put on the subs “I said wow for only a month. This lady is amazing I offered to give a tip. Unfortunately I did not have any change, but this lady deserved it out just for her kind manner and Care to do a job properly and not quickly as her manager insisted.Sorry, using voice to text trying to hurry home to get my family their subs all the best and I hope this lady can advance and show her manager how it’s properly done and how to properly treat customers
