I love their subs
This isn't just A Mr Sub, this is THE Mr Sub. I've been munching on foot long deliciousness from this establishment for decades at this point. Never had a sandwich I didn't like.
Cool storefront on the main street downtown, tables / floors / windows are always tidy and every staff member is friendly and courteous.

The staff is incredibly friendly. The young man making my sub had to sneeze and expertly dealt with his sneeze and then washed his hands veeeeery well, which I appreciated. It’s just a decent place to get a basic sub with a smile.

Mr. Sub is a restaurant that serves good subs for a quick meal. However, the atmosphere can feel a bit dated and cold. The service can be slow, and customers may experience delays due to the staff's workflow. Some staff members, like a trainee, show a positive attitude and take their time to get the job done right, while others may need improvement in their customer service skills. The management could benefit from providing better guidance and support to their team. Despite some issues, Mr. Sub has potential and is worth a visit for a decent sub.
