You can't get ice for your drinks. Their excuse that it takes away from the flavour is a lame copout. All other places do it. At least let the customer decide if they want ice or not. Who wants a drink in the summer with no ice?? You say it's the perfect temperature coming out of the machine. But then you'd have to drink it in 10 seconds before it warms up on a hot day.

Today I had a lovely encounter at this particular A&W. James, the person who served me was very professional, very friendly, and just a delight to be around. You could see that he made an extra effort to give everyone a great dining experience.

The male that was cooking the burgers never had gloves on, from the beginning all the way to the end placing them in a bag. Why bother with a hair net & putting your hair up in a bun if you're handling everyones food with your bare hands!? DISGUSTING!Staff taking orders at the counter were very polite.

Unbelievably rude staff. When brought to attention the burger wasn’t made right, kitchen staff decided to argue with customer. Burger had barely any of the toppings it comes with.Customers were watching their food sit and get cold. After already waiting for fresh food. Pop machine had no favours. On top of Cashier hesitated to give second cup when two combos were ordered. And responded with ‘I don’t know if you ordered two combos’
