A&W in general remains my goto on the road. Listowel location is 2 blocks away. Service is acceptable, and everything is made fresh, not reheated as some of their competitors do. And, with my allergies, I know exactly what's in the food, and that it's as advertised.
Great staff always make me feel welcomed, helpful, efficent and just good at there jobs. Credit to the entire team especially Autumn for always going above and beyond to make my visit feel special. Thanks for your time :)
The Listowel location staff are kind and provide courteous service. The A&W app has been providing error messages for weeks now when trying to redeem. The staff made this right for me today given it was my third attempt to redeem for an item in the past few weeks. I appreciate their efforts to resolve the matter.
