Whenever I'm in the area, I always plan to stop and pick up some kind of baking as well as the fruit tarts.

Fabulous treats, fabulous people. The bakery is always hopping but the staff are always ready to help and answer questions. They have so much than buttertarts - chelsea buns are amazing, the tea biscuits are a lovely morning treat, and their doughnuts are so fresh.

Pack of six came and went before I got back to my house. Make a point to visit again and again. Really pleasant people, really amazing treats!

Saw a post on Facebook and couldn't believe I didn't know about this bakery in Little Britain. So many delicious options. Tarts, pastries, breads, squares and much more. The Danish we got, cherry and apple were filled to the brim. Almost overfilled making the bottom a little soggy. Tarts were also filled to the edge. The white chocolate macadamia cookies were soft, chewy and delicious. Linda and Janet were friendly and helpful. Will be back!

This was our second time stopping here. We picked up a couple of the danishes, a blueberry and a raspberry. They are on the large side, fresh, nice taste, but could do with much less filling. It was an interesting exercise trying to eat this pastry. lol Next time we will try a couple of the tarts as they looked divine. See you again!

Wow, what a treat to stumble upon this little gem. Very humble storefront, with a huge selection of delicious baked good. Took the back roads home and decided to take a look. Empire cookies where great, lemon Danish incredible. Highly recommend.

This place is made of dreams, butter and sugar. My second visit to this place and the second time I hauled back some seriously delicious loot to Toronto. 10/10 would ride in blistering heat again for some buttertarts!

Taking the scenic route back to Ottawa, we passed through Little Britain and my family saw this bakery shop. We had to stop. We got a dozen tarts of various kinds, chocolate croissants, apple fritters and raisin bread. It was all so good.

First time there... Bought a bunch for Canada day weekend and they were a hit! The Raspberry coconut is a favorite! If you're in the area you must try!
