Avoid eating here in future. Yesterday I ordered HALIBUT and chips and paid for HALIBUT ($18.99), but instead got a piece of COD (or HADDOCK), which are the cheaper cuts of fish on the market, coming out at around 60% the price of halibut at other places where they serve both. When I took it back, they insisted that they've given me halibut. There is a big difference in the texture between cod and halibut. Prices are a bit high. There are lots of variations on the classic poutine, burgers and dogs too! The gravy is beefy and delicious. Some of the best poutine around. Always hot and fresh and REAL CHEESE CURDS! The Spudster is a kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible location with ample parking.
