I think it's the best of all the sushi spots. Although it's been updating their menu more these days, I just feel that it isn't doing it as much as they should to make people return more frequently. all in all great restaurant.

Our family got invited for a birthday, hard to say no to that, right? We sat down and started to order some food from the tablet menus and got a few drinks (not alcoholic ones).I was not aware of how expensive this would be at all. For reference, we went on a Sunday night. The buffet price was $41.99 per adult. That's right, FORTY-TWO DOLLARS. In addition to our small children - it was approximately $15 for a 4 year old, $19 for an 8 year old, and $26 for an 11 year old.In addition to this, because there was 5 of us, they charged us an EXTRA 15% SERVICE FEE. After taxes our total came to an unbelievable $200.The pricing is one thing, but the sushi itself was just...not good. I typically love tuna, but the rolls were...I really don't know how else to explain it other than mushy and warm. It was just overall not a very pleasant experience. I will not be stepping foot in here again.

We had dinner here tonight and it was fabulous once again. My husband also ate here for the first time and thought it was first rate! Each item we ordered was prepared to perfection: hot if it should be hot, chilled if it should be chilled and served quickly! The food has excellent presentation, taste, and quality. Their buffet had the most flavourful wonton soup I ever tried: chilled muscles, large, chilled shrimp, and a selection of salads that were also nice. I definitely recommend this restaurant in particular this location!

Reviews are all over the place. Why? Sushi expectations are all over the place! Haha! Honestly, Sushi 168 really makes the effort to give you choices you'll enjoy. We are sashimi people, so for us it's almost impossible not to enjoy it: the food, the setting, and the service are all terrific. Manager went out of his way to check on us and help us sort out the menu. Super friendly even though the place was jamming. I can't speak to the rice-based dishes like rolls etc, but if you enjoy the simple delight of fresh sashimi, you are in for a great meal and nice experience here. Definitely low carb heaven!Dietary restrictions: Keto friendlyLow carb friendlyPaleo friendlyCarnivore friendlyParking: Parking lot is long and narrow, but has many spaces.Kid-friendliness: Kids have a blast.

From the moment we walked in... the atmosphere is dark and dreary.. poor lighting but what was more important to me was the unceanliness! Everywhere l looked... definitely not returning!!For the price we pay per person expected alot more! Disappointed.

I've eaten to a lot of Japanese eat all you can places before but i rarely visit 168 cause i know how bland the taste is. So last Saturday we gave it another try just to see if they would change their ingredients to not make it taste so dull. Well, its still the same. The quality is not Japanese restaurant. I would compare their quality to a 7-11 to go food. Felt like it was stored for a very long time. We didn't eat a lot. Also, I don't know why it was so dark in that place. The place will make you feel not in the mood for eating. Don't waste your money here. 168 is the lowest quality all you can eat in London, the most inferior buffet in London. I just give another star for the server service but i would highly suggest you put your money in other places like Sushi Galore or Heart Sushi for all you can eat Japanese buffet.

Digital system in place to check yourself in line when you arrive.Big place, which is good for large parties and also its good to know you won't be waiting forever to be sat. They have a self serve bar for Soup, Salads and also a self serve area for ice cream. 10% off when you pay cash.

Went here last week and will be the last time. The booths were so dim we could barely see each other, then the tablet screen to order was set to full brightness, usually ok with me but after finishing the first order from the buffet, I was dazed from looking at it that I thought I was gonna have a seizure. Idk if this is a plan to make you feel like you don't wanna eat anything anymore but it sure worked.Let's go to the main event, food and service. The foods have gone seriously downhill compared to a few years ago. Rice on sushi was tough, undercooked. Other dishes were also cold.Service comes by to check time to time which was ok at that point. The real problem comes when we put through our second order. Either they "forget" about us or they were really busy (really doubt it was the latter as the foods came flying out from the first order), the food came after 15 mins of putting the order through, and it was 2 items. We noticed they have done this twice now, where they'd wait for the food to sit in long enough then bring out the 2nd order so that you don't feel like eating much anymore after. Then has the audacity to charge $10 for the food that we couldn't finish, because it was garbage to begin with anyway (in a very judgmental tone). I know the restaurant probably couldn't care less to read this comment; but there are better places for sushi. All I can say is spend your money elsewhere, people. This place is not what it used to be. Waste of money and time.Don't typically give this kind of rating, but for this place, it deserves it.

This place has gone downhill. Worst sushi quality in London. The rolls are mostly rice, hardly any fish, and weird ingredients you wouldn't expect to find like red onion in a salmon roll. We all felt sick hours after eating here.
