On August 16, 2025, at approximately 2:30 PM, I visited 808 chicken house for the first time. I was the only customer in the establishment, yet the service was shockingly poor. The staff member’s attitude was dismissive and outright rude. When I asked for a recommendation as a new customer, her response was a curt “burger.” I inquired about fried chicken, and she again said, “burger.” When I pressed further, asking if they had anything else like chicken, she replied with a single word: “tenders.” I asked about chicken wings, and she confirmed they had them but offered no details. I ordered a 10-piece chicken wing combo, only to be told there was no such option—only a 5-piece combo was available. Frustrated but trying to remain polite, I asked if I could add a Coca-Cola, which she reluctantly agreed to. When it came to choosing wing flavors, she vaguely gestured toward a menu on the wall. The total came to $25, and she had the audacity to ask for a tip, which I found laughable given the service. As I finished my meal and approached the counter to dispose of my trash, she snapped, “Not here, there!” pointing elsewhere. This was the final straw. The food was mediocre at best, the ambiance felt like a messy teenager’s room, and the service was hands-down the worst I’ve ever encountered. I will never return to this place and strongly advise others to steer clear. Save your money and dine somewhere that values its customers.

I usually don’t make reviews about places but this has to be made so the person that owns this place is aware! Awful customer service! Came in on Sunday August 9th afternoon at around 1 o’clock, ordering food and was taking sometime to order because I didn’t know what I wanted as it was my first time being there and I was getting attitude from a big guy working there while he was taking my order, I was told to hurry up which is extremely disrespectful especially when I have a studdering condition, when I finally ordered and paid and waited for my order, the same male yelled out the order was ready and just rolled his eyes at me when I came to get it. I asked him if there’s a problem and he said quote on quote “I don’t got time for you” and that hurt my feelings, I didn’t say much and went to sit down and try to eat my food and I didn’t really feel welcome there anymore because of that specific worker. He was just staring me down like he was mad at me while I was eating, forcing me to just get up and leave. Seems like he’s taking out his anger on the customers. I don’t know if he’s a higher up or if he’s the owner or something but if not, the manager or owner needs to do something about him because this is clearly not the first time based of other reviews!!!
I will not be back!!!! I will also be letting family and friends know about this so they don’t come also.
Food was great, but could have tasted better if the worker did not make me feel unwelcome. For this reason I will not be coming back and will not be recommending this to family and friends

Food was good fresh, tasty, dipping sauce and fries were great. But the supervisor? Absolute disaster. He ordered me, like I’m his employee, to take my tray and put it at some garage table. That’s not customer service that’s pure bullying. If he can’t drop the ego and stop barking orders at paying customers, this place isn’t worth a single dollar. Never coming back as long as that guy’s in charge.

Trust the food hits because unfortunately we couldn’t even wait to take food pics- the triplets burger was fantastic. Tenders were tender and waffle fries fresh and crisp! This place deserves so much more hype. The chicken is seasoned perfectly and juicy. Another review also said it’s not greasy and 100% agree but still so enjoyable! Love the interior-I even appreciate how they showcased their fire extinguisher like an art piece and all the fun seating. Overall just a really cool spot and hidden gem in London. A must try for sure.
