Tried to place an order for pickup on ubereats, they cancelled my order and then stopped accepting new orders. I went in to order instead and they were not busy at all, tried to hand me an order that wasn’t mine without asking for pick up info lol!!!

The last time I went in there all of the staff were sitting on milk crates on their phones and when I ordered NONE of them washed their hands before making my food. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Who trained them and skipped out on the importance of proper hand washing and food safety?

Place has gone downhill. Used to go here all the time, owner was present sometimes and it showed in how staff treated the customer.Went today, ordered a chicken sandwich & a burger, not busy.They said it’d be a 5 minute wait for chicken - no problem - so I politely asked the girl at counter (who was very nice) to in that case wait to make the burger at the same time at the chicken so they were both hot. She says of course.She goes to tell the guy making the food that and he shakes his head “no”. So I try to politely explain it’s so they can both be hot and served at the same time, I don’t want a burger that’s sat out for 5 minutes that’s dry and warm instead of juicy and hot. She says no problem.30 seconds later, after the male employee cleared the order from the screen (clearly trying to keep his order time down, despite nobody else in there, instead of do what both I and his cashier asked) she tries to serve me the burger eating for here when I needed them to go. I say no thank you we just talked about it please make one fresh at the same time as you make the chicken burger.The burger gets left out for the 5 minutes, I’m watching it the whole time. She then puts that exact burger in the bag and hands it to me. I said that’s the same burger you just left sitting there. She tried lying to me and saying they made a fresh new one… haha not only did I watch it sitting there the entire time but it was, as expected, not hot like the chicken sandwich.And instead of having the old “how was your experience” kiosk they did, now they don’t and clearly want a 1-star google review to get feedback instead.

Very rude and disrespectful woman working the cash register Monday night, telling customers they can't dine in at 6pm when closing is at 7pm. She yelled at two paying customers for sitting down while eating the food they paid for (they weren't told the dining room was not open). We had to eat standing up. The tables were filthy. There was a pile of garbage built up. Very disappointing for A&W.

Poor service, meh food, and disgusting store (flies everywhere, broken/destroyed seating, etc), AT THESE PRICES CONSUMERS DESERVE BETTER. The employee (Indian female) was lazy and incompetent, the cook was distracted by her phone and made a very sloppy burger, overall a poor experience. Will not be coming back here (this location).

I recently visited this place last week. I decided to eat it since i was in no hurry to get home. Table i sat was absolutely filthy, so than i decided to sit at next table and same thing absolutely filthy. This place use to be great and i would see staff always cleaning tables. There was no reason for the tables to be this dirty since it was not busy. Will not be comming back to this place and i use to love this place alot.

HORRIBLE!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The employees who were working couldn’t speak English properly so the communication was terrible and ordering took over 5 minutes. I used to actually work in this store so it made my visit very disappointing and unwelcoming! I will Not be returning

Therea no menu. I havent been here in years. I walked in to order and they just dont have a menu with any items posted. The cashier didnt care at all. This place is horrible

Not a good customer service experience,Format appears that they are serving customers just for the sake of serving and not providing any value for there time and money.On the Window it mentions that the place is open till 7PM but the girl kept announcing the that dining area is closed at 6PM.They were not wearing the gloves either.I will skip this location and would ot recommendVegetarian options: Customise, hashbrown patty burger and apple juice

There was 0 customers yet the dining area was dirty. Cups and food crumbs were on the tables and the tables that looked clean were very sticky. The employee has rude and disrespectful. She was on her phone in front of customers and constantly took it out while packing up the food. It was a frustrating experience from a fast food worker. I highly do not recommend eating at this place. You’ll have a better experience going at the Tim Hortons next door.
