I visited A&W after a long and tiring shift, and as a vegetarian, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the man with glasses who helped me truly made my day. He suggested some great vegetarian options and was so kind and thoughtful throughout. His friendly attitude and helpful service turned my evening around. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care—thank you for making my visit so special!

Food always takes forever even when I pre order and pay in advance tough the app. Pretty disappointed today especially bc the worker was rude. Never had a great experience here shut this place down

Took 3 coupons for breakfast this morning and was told the “sausage and egger coupon” that they provide after a purchase. The awful customer service from “ Gurpreet” at 6:30 am Wednesday was awful, she could not figure out how to use the coupon so I wasn’t able to even get it, took 15 minutes to get this order even ordered after having to leave with an extra coupon as she wasn’t able to even figure it out. I come here all the time and have never once had a single problem using the provided coupons and today made it so I will NEVER want to step foot in here again. Awful service. Never had a problem until today.

Aditi Is an amazing representative at this A&W location. I made an order from there through skip-the-dishes, more like skip-the-customers. I ordered a double mozza and forgot to mention that I did not want bacon on it. I connected to the customer service help line with skip-the-customers, and all of the representatives ended the chat when I made my request clear to them; obviously after using their lovely automated greeting message which do not represent their customers service reps. Anywho, I ended up calling the store directly and spoke to Aditi. She made a new burger for me and made sure that my request was honoured. Amazing service. Thanks Aditi.

Restaurant has improved a lot recently. Food is always good, orders are always right, most of the employees are very friendly. The day Manager Sonam is great, I really credit her with making sure this place is run properly and that everyone is shown how to give good service. If I ever meet the owner I'd recommend he gives her some sort of promotion and a raise. If you like fast food breakfast I definitely recommend this location. The girls here make a mean breakfast.
