Whenever I go to this location for drive thru there’s no single time when I can get my food drive through they always ask to wait in the parking as they are making it fresh but it is never That hot always a little cold food. And the onions rings are sooo oilyyy at other locations the food tastes so fresh n hot and less oily

Stopped by this A&W to get their deal on buy one teen burger, get one for a dollar we ordered two team burgers and got two for a dollar and onion rings . I live a little bit on the outskirts of London. We arrive home to open up our burgers to find that not one of them had bacon on them, The drive-through was not very efficient either. It was not busy and it took a while for our order. My mother actually went to this franchise a few days back and had issues with her food as well. I will take the time to go to a different franchise and not attend this one again

Staff should be trained on food and safety, i ordered a double burger which i got a single when i approached the cashier she had no problem getting it fixed however she told the people at the kitchen and then she proceed to take the burger out of the bag and grabbed both sides with her bare hands while the other staff proceed to put a patty to make it a double, she then closed it and put it back in the burger bag and tried to return it to me. I refused the burger explaining they need to make a new one as shes not supposed to touch it with bare hands, she seemed confused as to why but went back to tell them and they looked annoyed but made a new one however the guy now making it kept kind of hugging himself and putting his hands on his clothes very close to arm pits while waiting for the bun to toast. Again gross. my kids also went to the bathroom and there was dirty underwear on top of the toilet which ahouos had been our clue to go, i told the cashier before ordering and she didnt seems to think anything of it, i repeated to make sure she understood or hear me and just said oh ok. At no point while we were there anyone went to check the bathroom and clean it.

Wow this spots gone downhill fast. The whole place is a dump. The kitchen looks like ray charles cleans. The food is just slapped together and the number of onion rings you get as a serving is a total joke. Dinning room is messy and the tables are always dirty. Save yourself stomach issues and go to fatty pattys

Just got screwed by this location.. teen burger buy 1 get 1 for a dollar. I ordered a burger got 3 and charged for 3.. didnt give me a total, just held out the machine. Horrible service, they just lost my business Pay attention

A really nice A&W location a cut above the regular branches. This location has a cozy interior with all the regular amenities. Food was made quick and they were happy to fry new chicken patties over give me old ones.
Received great customer service from the young man at the counter. Was having trouble entering with the stroller and he came and helped us inside. He brought our food over when ready and even brought me ketchup. I just don’t see service like that usually and wanted to recognize it. Thanks!

We went in for dinner on Halloween not realizing that you were offering Free kids meals. Needless to say the store was wall to wall people with kids. Despite this your staff was still friendly and very efficient. We waited only about 20 minutes for our food and everything was just as excellent as always. I just wanted to make sure your staff know how awesome they are. Thanks!
