The guy who took my payment, could not count money at all, and had to get somebody else to help him count and then reconfirm the amount that I gave him with me. The girl who is working, dropped half of my side order on the counter and just swiped it in the garbage without making me more… If I’m paying six dollars for a side of onion rings and then half of its dropped and not replaced that’s ridiculous.
Not the first time I’ve had issues with this location and every time I’ve brought the issues up they’ve closed the window on me rather than correcting it

I have to warn anyone thinking of going to the A&W at 419, 1 warnCliff South, London, Ontario… brace yourself. There’s a guy working there, maybe 40–45 years old, who clearly thinks he’s auditioning to be a radio host instead of serving food. Spoiler alert: he’s not.
This man speaks through the drive-thru like he’s hosting a morning show, but instead of being entertaining, he’s clingy, clueless, and somehow manages to misbehave while taking your order. Can’t hear you? No problem—he’ll yell, gesticulate wildly, and make you feel like you’re on a game show you never signed up for.
His body language? Imagine a confused chicken mixed with a bad actor—it’s painful to watch. Manners? Forget it. Respect? Ha. Human decency? Absolutely not. I’m convinced if you were an alien, he’d still treat you worse than a confused tourist asking for directions.
Management, please do your customers a favor and either train this guy or let him try his “radio DJ” act somewhere else. Until then, bring your patience, a loud voice, and maybe some popcorn—it’s a free comedy show with a side of fries

I just want to NW a Warloe Road. I had a chicken burger is the grossest thing. I think I’ve ever ate not cooked taste like rubber. Wow have you guys ever gone downhill?
We went through the drive through and none of the icy drinks were available due to machine not working. However, the food we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the young woman at the window was very good at her job. She deserves a raise. Working when equipment is not functioning is not fun! Be kind to your employees!

Whenever I go to this location for drive thru there’s no single time when I can get my food drive through they always ask to wait in the parking as they are making it fresh but it is never That hot always a little cold food. And the onions rings are sooo oilyyy at other locations the food tastes so fresh n hot and less oily
