I went to get breakfast this morning and ordered at the drive thru. I waited in the parking lot for 23mins and the guy said sorry for the long wait, we wanted to make it perfect but we couldn't. The baccon was half raw the toast was soggy the scrambled eggswere mush. The coffee was burnt. Absolutely unacceptable. This is hands down the worst A&W I've ever seen. DONT EAT HERE

Live near this location usually good food but noticed has been going down hill lately. Food was old amd cold poorly put together and onion rings cold and fell apart. Usually everything hot and fresh but lately not. Probly not coming back. Btw staff should have gloves when handling food.

I recently ordered food (December 24, 2023) around 9:30pm and as I was driving off with the order I was checking the bag and realized that the whole order was wrong. I drove back and mentioned it to them. They said give the mistaken order back so they could give it to the other customer that had actually ordered it. I commented on food safety and that I already touched all of the food (to see if it was our right order.) They shrugged awkwardly and took the mistake order and gave two extra burgers. I told them with food safety handling they are not supposed to give food to a guest that has been contaminated by another guest. I understand mistakes happen. I also appreciate them making up for the mistake but it makes me wonder where MY food has been. I WILL NOT RETURN. FOOD IS COMPROMISED
Stopped to grab a quick bite before we got back on the road, what a mistake. Five of us order our food at a total of $87 what a joke. 4 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 3 fries and 2 poutines with 4 root beers and 1 water. Canada isn't a rip off it's a joke. Now I see why Port Huron is full of Canadians everyday.

We came in with my daughter to have some food . The two ladies who helped us and the guy making our burgers ? were incredible, were very friendly. we dine in and the only thing that need improvement are the cushions as they were torn. But thank you for all the good Food !!Kid-friendliness: I came with my girl and the food was ready quickly !!

I live near this a&w and have given it ten chances. They are terrible you always wait 15 minutes to 30 minutes for your food. They only make Pattie’s once a day so they are dry cardboard by the time you get them. It’s a real shame because I love their burgers when their fresh and we’ll made. Seems all locations in london are terrible. Wendys is my choice moving forward. Shame.
