Too bad, really..they also have taken to not cook the burgers when ordered, instead they are keeping the burgers and fries under heat lamps. My burger was luke warm and the fries were luke warm and not fresh from the fryer. This will be my last visit because no A&W meal should be ready in just a couple of minutes. Shame on you ...

Ate lunch at this location today. Store was not busy. Staff had no sense of urgency. Food was ok. I was there for 37min and not once were any tables cleaned. Store was a mess. As I was leaving I noticed staff hanging out back talking with friends that showed up in their cars.

Got to the drive thru and it took 7 minutes for someone to take my order and then messed up taking my order multiple times. Then I had to wait for 10 minutes to just get my food. Once I started eating I realized my fries were cold, dry and stale. Then the wraps I got were also poorly made. Would not recommend coming here for food.
