Absolutely the worst A&W in London, maybe in Canada. They can’t ever seem to get any orders correct. Orders arrive dripping with grease, sloppy and poorly made every time. Management must be severely lacking because this happens all the time. I absolutely won’t order here again, and I would recommend you don’t either.

The worst most disgusting A&W I've ever been to. Do not eat here. I don't know why I gave them as many chances as I did. Food is regularly old and super greasy and disgusting. They miss items you PAID for and then do not allow refunds. Do not waste your money here. I never thought I'd say it but honestly even going to Tim Hortons is a better use of your money. Vile.

Was told to wait 6 min for my order. Waited for about 15. Watched the 3 staff standing and looking at their phones and chatting..decided to go on and ask if it was ready. Staff obviously forgot and then went to get it.

Went to take advantage of a "buy one get another for 1.88". It was an extremely long wait in the drive-through. Only 1 person servinging. And a very unexpectedly high bill. But I didn't receive a receipt, so I gave up and went home. A treat for the family, I won't be repeating.

Almost every time we order sweet potato fries this restaurant does NOT include the Chipotle Mayo Sauce. If they don’t have it they should say so at the time we order not when they have already processed the order and are handing it after we already paid for it.

It was great! Best A&W. Prompt service, and kind staff. Also burger and fries were both really fresh. When I see the staff, even when there are no customers they were cleaning the store and constantly working. Two staffs working on Sep 13th Friday night are real great! Thank you for your service and food.
