Poor experience grew up with a&w being met at the front counter with smiling faces happy to take your order. Not anymore this particular franchise on the corner of Highbury and Huron streets in London Ontario has the worst customer service excellence ever and why is this, because the owner does not care. This is not a place of business to be supporting in our community it's too bad. There are other options out there go try them out, avoid this place.

Food was honestly terrible, washroom is locked, and you have to ask for a key to get in as if it is a prison, not a restaurant. Half their workers look like they can't speak English. Never again.

Horrible experience No onion rings at store, asked to switch to Fry's They forgot them and we noticed when we were home. No tomatoes/pickles because of allergy. Told to come back to store at 9 am to 12 pm for a refund. People work at those hours. $35 for burgers and fries yet can't provide half decent service.

First off, very rude. Would never recommend ever coming to this location. They lack respect and customer service as they hung the phone up several times after calling us liars..

Okay so here is the low down folks. I'd have to say the best A&W in London. The best thing about this location is the food is fresh and hot. No left over fries or sitting burgers. The service was very good, and made sure order was accurate.
The restaurant was clean, tables as well, and bathroom was also very clean. All these little details go a long way in the enjoyment, especially when dinning in. there is ample parking outside.

The day shift is amazing. I am a regular and the food is always good with good service when i go during the day. I been to every A&W in town and this is the best one. Employees are good but its the manager that motivated me to leave such a good review.

This used to be my favorite place to get fast food, especially the burgers and onion rings. The onion rings are SO salty right now that they are not enjoyable. Also the food overall has become pricey. Sad to see it slide in taste and value.
