I am absolutely mortified by this experience. When I questioned why gloves weren’t used to assemble my burger, I was told this was management’s instruction because the cook also handles fries. That explanation is alarming and shows a complete disregard for basic food safety and cross-contamination standards.

To make matters worse, the burger came with no lettuce, no tomato — nothing, despite being advertised as a full burger. I paid $17 for this, which is honestly insulting.

Between the unsafe food-handling explanation and receiving an incomplete, overpriced meal, I have completely lost trust in this establishment. Management needs to seriously reevaluate both their hygiene practices and what they consider acceptable service.

Ordered from skip the dishes. And got to say I was less than pleased with my order.

Issues:
Cups lid wasn't applied properly, my fries and pies were destroyed and I had less than 1/2 cup of cola.
No straw, no napkins, no spicy sauce for my sweet potato fries for dipping

The good:
Burger was on point. Wasn't affected by the spilling of my cola.

Takeaway: dont order from here unless you are in person. Dont use skip cause they will say how pleased they were to resolve your issue but wont give refund.

Food is good - it is A&W after all. But it's been ~month and their menu on SkipTheDishes is still outdated; I've ordered from them multiple times and they're always out of the same items / don't include them when my order is delivered (namely teas).

I've reported the issue multiple times on there and seen no action, so here I am - please update your menu with what is actually available at your location, thank you.

Charged me for a meal I cancelled within seconds and then made it anyway but didn't give it to me, they just ate it in the back. I'm dead serious. absoloute last straw with this place. Their onions rings have always been so stale they taste days old. and their food genuinely cold. I don't know why I gave them another chance by coming back.

Awful customer service. The girl working the afternoon shift(4pmish) on august 30th needs to be completely retrained on how you’re supposed to act in a work place. Rolling your eyes and shaking your head at customers is an absolute no. I watched a mom grab a tray to carry her four kids meals to a table, the worker almost took the trey right out of her hand as she proceeded to shake her head and basically tell her she should’ve said she wanted to eat in “cause that would’ve made my life easier” (she wouldn’t of had to box up the kids meals) and just give the mom more grief than needed even though she even apologized. It is not a customers job to make your life easier, the only thing the customer owes you is basic respect and decency; which that mom gave her. Couldn’t believe how I was watching her act. Yes it was busy, im not expecting a smile or even a “you’re welcome/have a good day” but you could stop being rude/acting completely miserable and rolling your eyes or shaking your head at paying customers. If she can’t then she should be out in the back on kitchen duty. I get having a bad day but not one of the customers who were there was rude to her or making her job hard, and I was there for almost 17 minutes total.

They don't wear gloves when cooking in the back, automatic 1 star, this should be standard at every restaurant, not only the ones who prepare it in front of you. I had the food but I am absolutely never coming back.

Too bad customer service. I had to wait for 10 minutes to give my order but still the girl(cashier) over there was ignoring me. At last, i had to go somewhere for my food. Literally, too bad customer service.

I just waited 17 (not exaggerating) in line for no one to even say “it’s going to be a few minutes” the people behind me in line were complaining amongst themselves as they had waited just as long as me. Outrageously poor service to not even have the manners to say hello or acknowledge us at all! I understand busy but she had all the time to be polite!

Good foods but a little bit pricy. Without using any offers, a Double Teen Combo would cost more than $15 before taxes. It took me around 15 minutes to get all my foods, acceptable but not very fast.
