My experience at A&W was absolutely terrible! I had a meal there, and the next day, I got violently sick. This is unacceptable, and I'm extremely frustrated with the quality of service and food.

Don't get the bacon and egger breakfast sandwich here. It took a long time to make was literally dripping grease and virtually tasteless. When I mentioned it the server said I was having a bad day. They lost me forever cause there are way to many fast old paces around to talk9ed to like that by a teenager. MASONVILLE

My experience has always been excellent and super friendly service done right. I grew up near an old style A\\u0026W drive in and my fondness has never waned. I was a picky eater and the staff at the childhood location always indulged me. Fast forward many decades and I still enjoy the burger ? and Root Beer combo and with an option of sweet potato fries or onion rings what’s not to like. Every time I have visited this often busy food court location the service has been spot on. There is young dude who seems to go out of his way to offer superb and friendly service and makes sure the order is right. I don’t go when it’s exceptionally busy but if you do, cut em some slack as they seem to do the best they can. I find food quality consistent across the locations I have tried but this one excels on customer service and friendliness.

She cleared 5 deliveries on their iPad before they took my order. And prepared the 5 deliveries before getting my order ready. Half an hour wait so I had to be upset before they get it ready. In other businesses we help thé customers who are there first !

It's took almost 20 minutes to get our food from the time of ordering. I watched the girls stand around not making our food while they talked and looked at papers on the wall. There is no reason it should take that long to make 3 burgers and 2 poutines when we were their only order. The service was terrible, the girl kept asking if there was anything else even though there were still people in the group who hadn't ordered, then didn't say anything else to us at all while we were waiting. Got home and one of the burgers and one of the poutines were made wrong. Will never go to that location again.
