I asked for 4 vodka on the rocks with red bull. Got 2 doubles instead. Not what I asked for. With NO ICE!!! Hello it’s an alcoholic beverage it needs ice. Dont get me started the wings!!! Nasty dry and so small. Not going to be coming here anymore. They use to be soo good. The amazing appetizer. Where’s the spinach dip??? Where the amazing chicken tenders??? Ya they may have been busy but service NOT GOOD. FoodNOT GOOD.

The new burger is disappointing. Doubling the patties does not make it better. I would pay more for fresh house made burgers than the pre shaped burger. The service and atmosphere is nice. Please fix the burger!

I’ve never been to a place with service as bad as this. The guy with the tattooed arm sereved us. He was unnecessarily rude and impatient. No wonder the place is so empty. The food was really really bad too. We were 7 and ordered around 5 appetizers, but his behaviour was so absurd we couldn’t bare to sit any longer. He could be nicer to people of other ethnicities.

My experience at Ale House was a disaster from start to finish. The place is absolutely filthy - sticky tables, dirty floors and worst washrooms. To make matters worse the staff were absolutely unprofessional and indifferent. When we reached out to them regarding a problem the didn’t even care and especially this person called Jason or J!! I also, tried reaching out to him after we left the place but, he just disconnected my phone. They’re absolutely rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Unsafe and Disrespectful Environment – Do Not Visit
My friends and I visited Ale House, and I can confidently say it’s not a safe space for women. Aside from the dirty ambiance and stale food (raw chicken served in nachos!), what really shocked us was the blatant disregard for customer safety. Another customer harassed us, and when we reported it to the manager, Jason, and even moved tables, the harassment continued. The staff didn’t intervene, and the manager refused to take responsibility, saying it wasn’t his problem. It’s shocking that a place would allow such behavior to go unchecked. I strongly urge everyone, especially women, to avoid this place at all costs.
