(2025/08/12) Visited here today (Tuesday) at noon, it was busier than I expected. The environment was nice and comfortable. The hostess was compassionate and efficient. But because of the lunch time period, I still waited around 20 to 25 minutes to get my foods. Overall, good good quality and tasty foods. A bit pricy originally, but there are some great daily deals to make everything competitive. Will definite go again later.

I went to Alibi's for the first time tonight. Our waitress was amazing (friendly and efficient). The food was great and very reasonably priced. Great atmosphere as well. Definitely going back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. My group and I were removed from the premises without any clear explanation. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior we experienced — it felt racially motivated, which is completely unacceptable in any setting, especially a public business. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values respect, fairness, and basic human decency.

It was our first time eating here and they were very busy due to the leafs game (no complaints there). Our waitress which I didn’t get her name (long brown hair) wasn’t the most pleasant to deal with. I had one of the most uncomfortable situations I’ve ever had at a restaurant where the food brought to us was incorrect and after it had already been touched by us at the table she then dropped the food off at another table rather than discarding of it. I then had to go up to that table to inform them that the food they were about to eat had just been touched by myself at another table and was sent back because it was incorrect.

Food and atmosphere was OK. Your daily specials didn't blow my mind like your commercial says it would and I knew it wouldn't. Invest in new marketing, a dollar off your regular prices doesn't blow anyone's mind. Way over exaggerated. Boring commercial, won't be back as you're not looking to improve your image, just feed off your regulars. You'll never grow your business. Good luck...
