Tonight I met Clark the owner while ordering a personal pizza on my way into town. He was great to help me choose a pizza, and then took the time to help me understand their company roots, locations and explained some of his learnings while being in the business. I will definitely visit again, as the ordering area was spacious, with little wait time and don’t forget the ice cream while you wait…we all like desert before dinner every now and again.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian pizza options and selections available, as well as customizable pizzas to your preferred taste!Parking: Lots of parking available depending on the time of day. Very friendly accessibility spots and entry.Wheelchair accessibility: Large parking spaces located both near and further away from the door for which ever appeases you most or is best for your transportation needs.

Food was ok. Ordered “two” pounds of wings but each box was just 7 small wings weighing a total of 1.35

My order was wrong twice. I asked for a manager to call me and never heard from them.

The pizza was terrible. It was dry and tasteless with very little cheese. The crust was like shoe leather.

I’ve ordered from here at least 5 times and it’s always been great. The wings are outstanding - especially the Andy’s sauce. Wings are huge and cooked perfectly. They have boneless wings that are great too. The pizza is also fresh and delicious, although the star of the show for me is the wings for sure. Friends have also gotten the assorted sub and said it was really good. They’ve never messed up our order. Food is ready in about 20 minutes, which is reasonable. The garlic bread is average. Price is pretty good especially given the quality of the food. Staff are good as well. Will definitely return.Parking: Lots of parking.

Food is okay, but overpriced. Don't even bother with delivery. This evening's order was 50 minutes late and the food was cold. I have yet to ever get an order on time, it is usually at least 30 minutes late.

this was my first time trying Andy's Legendary Pizza in Lambeth. I placed my order and waited. the guy was busy washing dishes and 15 mins after placing my order he decided it was time to make my pizza. I didn't know it would take 35 mins to make a pizza and needed to be some place so I asked for a refund. I said if I had known it would be so long I wouldn't have ordered since most places only take about 20 -25 mins and usually let you know if it will be longer. He told me that a refund would take longer than it would for me to wait for my pizza. I needed to leave in under 10 mins to get my son from an appt. I was told that if I wanted a refund I could come later in the evening to get one. It took 7 mins to get him to finally refund my money. In total I spent 30 mins waiting and again said if a pizza is going to take a long time he should have said so. I don't recommend this place. If this was a weekend I could see waiting that long but there was no one else in there and it was a week night.

We LOVE this place! Our previous go-to for pizza was Frank & Gus, but when they closed it took us forever to find a new favorite place that wasn't a gross conglomerate pizza chain. I'm so glad we found Andy's Legendary Pizza because it's the best pizza in London!! The crust and flavour are always perfect, and the toppings are always fresh!! None of that weird looking, super dry "meat" you get from places like Pizza Hut or Domino's. Not sure why so many people say it's bland... To each their own, but they probably prefer those other places with fake cheese and over salted, overly greasy pizza. Andy's Legendary Pizza never makes me feel gross after I eat it and it reminds me of a homemade pizza. Customer service is excellent! 10/10 would recommend! My fave is the BBQ chicken pizza or a custom one with olives, feta, tomatoes and onion.

This letter was sent to the owner and BBB. I have not gotten a response, nor has their online menus been updated.: First off, I'd like to say that I do enjoy Andy's Famous Pizza. That being said, I want to let you know about an issue I experienced with my last order with the Strathroy location. I don't normally send complaint letters but in this case, I was so confused, insulted, angry, and disrespected that I was compelled to write to you. I had looked online (Facebook-#1 below-printed menu attached) to find your menu and had placed an order on June 18, 2023 around 5pm. My order was for 2 x #3's (a Large Deluxe pizza, 40 shrimp, and a large salad), and a medium cheese pizza (all for the advertised price of $81.95 + tax + delivery). I made sure to repeat my order on the phone. When I received my order, I found out that it was incorrect! I received 80 pieces of shrimp, 2 large salads, and a medium cheese pizza. I did not receive the 2 Large Deluxe pizzas. I checked the receipt and was charged a total of $72.94. I immediately called to alert your staff that I didn't receive my whole order. They said they'd send out the 2 pizzas right away. I was good with that. However, one minute later, I received a call from the 'Manager' stating that they were right and I was wrong in ordering. They said that whoever took my order had written it correctly and I got what was ordered. Basically, she was calling me a liar!! I had my whole family at the table with me when I had placed the order and I DID NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE!!! Then the 'Manager' told me that they can still bring out my 2 pizzas but will have to pay the difference. I was ok with that until she told me the total. It was NOT what I had seen on the online menu!! She then said that what I saw was out of date. I mentioned that this was false advertising and that it should be updated or removed! SHE LAUGHED and said they can't guarantee they'd change it. I was dumbstruck! I am shocked at the way I was treated by your staff and manager. Your customer service is non-existing! I have done some checking for you and here are some of the sites that ALL list the incorrect menus online: 1. Menu at top under Featured. Regular postings. 2. 3. 4. 5. Who knows how many other sites have the incorrect menu! This is very misleading and IS false advertising. This has left such a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think that I, nor my friends/family, would ever order from Andy's Legendary Pizza ever again.
